Şivlilik Children's Festival Begins

The Şivlilik Children's Festival, organized by the Konya Metropolitan Municipality and the Selçuklu Municipality in cooperation to keep the Şivlilik tradition alive, was met with great interest on the first day.

The Şivlilik Children's Festival, celebrated annually in Konya, aims to preserve the traditional "şivlilik" custom while providing children with a fun time. Throughout the 5-day festival program, children will enjoy musical performances featuring beloved animated characters, while families can attend discussions to gain insights into child education.

The first day of the festival saw a great turnout of children and families who showed significant interest. From the start of the activities at the Selçuklu Congress Center, children and their families enjoyed a fun time with musical performances, animations, and various activities.
