Its foyer areas, spanning 10,000 m² across open, semi-open, and enclosed spaces on four sides, provide a versatile infrastructure for activities such as cocktails, exhibitions, and product launches.

Covering a total usage area of 35,000 m², it includes auditorium halls, a 1,400 m² Kubad Abad Ballroom, and eleven meeting rooms of varying sizes and capacities. Backstage facilities include dressing rooms and camera systems monitoring both the stage and foyer areas.
The Konya Auditorium, spanning 1,700 m² with a maximum capacity of 880, boasts natural acoustic properties. Its stage, complete with a 75 m² orchestra pit and expansive backstage area, is suited for a variety of performances. The use of abat-voix tiles ensures audiences enjoy both sensory and visual excellence, complemented by large foyer spaces connected to the auditorium.
The Kubad Abad Ballroom, named after the Seljuk-era Kubad Abad Palace built by Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad I, occupies 1,400 m² and accommodates up to 1,850 guests. Located on the ground floor, it hosts company meetings, year-end events, product launches, gala dinners, graduation balls, weddings, and exhibitions. The ballroom can be divided into three soundproof sections, allowing multiple simultaneous events, and its natural sunlight enhances the atmosphere for galas and exhibitions alike.
