Cimcik is economical in
terms of the ingredients used, is sold in restaurants where local dishes are
mostly available in the city.
Ingredients
6 cups of water
1 dessertspoon of salt
For
the Dough;
4 cups of flour
2 eggs
1 dessertspoon of salt
2 cups of water
For
the Stuffing;
1 medium-sized onion
100 gr minced meat
2 dessertspoons of red pepper
2 dessertspoons of black pepper
2 dessertspoons of salt
For
Dressing;
2 cloves of garlic
2 dessertspoons of salt
1 cup strained yoghurt
2 cups of water
4 tablespoons of melted butter
Recipe
Knead the dough with flour, eggs, salt and
water, and separate to lumps. Fry the onions with oil until they turn pink,
then add the minced meat and fry; Add black pepper, red pepper and salt and let
cool. Spread the dough and cut it into triangular pieces, put the stuffing and
stick the 3 ends of the triangles. Add the water, add salt, and then add the dough
in boiling water and cook. Crush the garlic with salt; Stir with water added
yoghurt. Put the pastries on the plate, pour yoghurt on them, then heat the
butter and spread on them.
