The Konya Metropolitan Municipality Turkish Sufi Music and Sema Ensemble performed a sema ceremony and a Sufi music concert at the 12th International Sufi Music Festival held in Algeria.
The Konya Metropolitan Municipality Turkish Sufi Music and Sema Ensemble, invited to the festival held in the city of Laghouat under the patronage of Algeria’s Minister of Culture and Arts, Prof. Dr. Malika Bendouda, and the supervision of Laghouat Governor Prof. Dr. Mohamed Benmalek, received high praise from the audience alongside distinguished academics, esteemed artists, and renowned ensembles from numerous countries across four continents.
Throughout the festival, the spiritual depth of Sufi music and its role in fostering intercultural unity were highlighted during the events.
