Konya BBSK Takes Important Step Toward Playoffs

In the Turkish Basketball League, week 33 was filled with excitement. Konya Büyükşehir Belediyespor hosted Pizzabulls Co Basket at the Selçuklu Municipality Sports Hall. Konya BBSK won the crucial playoff-deciding match with a score of 96-84.

Konya BBSK finished the first half of the game with a 19-16 lead. In the second quarter, Konya BBSK took control of the game and went into halftime with a 45-36 advantage. Continuing their disciplined play in the second half, Büyükşehir Belediyespor entered the final period with a 71-60 lead and won the match 96-84, gifting their fans a well-earned victory.

With this victory, Konya BBSK won their final home game of the regular season, securing their 18th win of the league. They increased their points to 51, placing them in 8th position. This result guaranteed the yellow-black team a play-in spot, bringing them one step closer to the playoffs.
