Konya Continues Winning Streak

Konya Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club hosted Trabzonspor in the 4th week of the Turkish Basketball League.

The 4th week of the Turkish Basketball League (TBL) concluded with challenging matches.

After losing to Fenerbahçe College in the first week of the TBL, Konya Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club went on to defeat Çağdaş Bodrumspor 93-84 and Kapaklıspor 89-84. In the 4th week, they also triumphed over Trabzonspor with an 84-80 victory in front of their home fans.

The yellow-and-blacks, who dominated the match from start to finish at the Selçuklu Municipality International Sports Hall, ended the first quarter with a score of 24-15 and the second quarter with 45-21.

The yellow-and-black team maintained their strong performance in the third quarter, bringing the score to 69-53. Although Trabzonspor tried to close the gap in the final quarter, Konya Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club held onto their lead and secured an 84-80 victory.

With their third consecutive victory in the league, Konya Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club increased their points tally to 7, continuing their pursuit of the top spot.
