A First in Turkey! SMEs Gathered in Konya

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Konya Chamber of Commerce, Konya Commodity Exchange, and Konya Chamber of Industry organized the "Smart SME - Konya Digital Transformation Conference."

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in collaboration with the Konya Chamber of Commerce, Konya Commodity Exchange, and Konya Chamber of Industry organized the "Smart SME - Konya Digital Transformation Conference."

The conference was attended by Başar Ceylan, a member of the Smart SME Executive Board, Selçuk Öztürk, the Chairman of the Konya Chamber of Commerce and a member of the TOBB Board, Uğur İbrahim Altay, the Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality, Vahdettin Özkan, the Governor of Konya, and M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, the President of TOBB.

Within the scope of the conference, sessions were conducted on various themes related to the digital transformation of SMEs. These themes included digital business services, e-commerce, innovative payment systems, open banking, digital marketing, cloud transformation of ERP, digitization in HR processes, managed services, and many more, all with a focus on SMEs' digital transformations.

In his opening remarks, Başar Ceylan stated, "Smart SME has achieved a first in Turkey. Thanks to Smart SME, products and services can be easily accessed. Smart SME is not just an internet platform; it has emerged as the epicenter of digital transformation in Turkey."
