Konya Leads Public Digital Transformation

Konya Metropolitan Municipality, which has become a model for smart urban practices, has launched the Konya Service Platform for public use to expand digital transformation across the city.

Konya Metropolitan Municipality is reinforcing its leadership in public-sector digital transformation by adding the Konya Service Platform to the many applications it has implemented in the field of Smart Governance, developed in cooperation with all stakeholders serving the city as part of its Smart City initiatives.

The platform, which includes Konya Metropolitan Municipality, KOSKİ, MEDAŞ, ENERYA, and district municipalities, and is planned to be integrated with other institutions, organizations, and universities, stands out as a full digital transformation project by enabling institutions to save on workforce, resources, time, and paper, while allowing users to save both time and fuel.

The system, which provides access to accurate and up-to-date information from a single point and boosts citizen satisfaction, is the first service guide in Türkiye to involve multiple different institutions across a city.
