House Sales Decreased in Konya

Turkish Statistical Institute declared the statistics of house sales of October in Konya. Accordingly, by October 2020, compared to the same month of the previous year total house sales in Konya decreased 18 percent, and it declined to 2848 by decreasing 12,2 % compared to the previous month. Via 2.848 housing sales Konya become the 10th in Turkey and it took 2.4 % share of total housing sales in general.

The number of mortgaged housing sales in Konya is 383.

13.4 percent of the houses sold in Konya were sold as mortgaged in October, 2020 and Konya has become 70th among the cities with the highest rate of mortgage sales. As a result of other sales types, 2.465 houses changed hands in October, 2020. It has become the 12th in share of other house sales in total house sales via share of 86,6 % in Konya, by October, 2020. While 1011 of the houses sold in Konya were sold for the first time, 837 houses changed hands with second hand house sales.

According to the decleration of TSI Konya Regional Directorate, while the share of first sales in total house sales in Konya is 35.5 percent, the share of second hand sales is 64.5 percent. The share of sales in the first housing sales is 30.9 percent while the share of second hand sales is 69.1 percent in Turkey.
