Meram Model in Service: ‘Minimum Cost Maximum Efficiency’

Meram Municipality, known for its effective and sustainable environmental policies, continues to set an example with its practices in the efficient use of resources.

The Mayor of Meram, Mustafa Kavuş, conducted inspections at the facilities housing the storage and maintenance workshops of the Environmental Protection and Control Directorate and received information from the technical team about the ongoing work.

Mayor Kavuş, who closely monitored every stage of the ongoing work, stated after his inspection that Meram Municipality adopts a governance approach that prioritizes not only economic savings but also environmental sustainability through its practices guided by efficiency and resourcefulness.

Mayor Mustafa Kavuş emphasized that the center is not just a storage facility but also a key site where maintenance, repair, and recycling processes are carried out. He noted that the center stores new materials used in environmental cleaning services and also handles the maintenance and repair of equipment worn out over time in the field.

Mayor Kavuş highlighted that this approach not only prevents the waste of public resources but also ensures uninterrupted and high-quality municipal services.
