International Quality Accreditation for Selçuk University Institute of Health Sciences

The ORPHEUS Annual Conference, which brings together academic leaders and higher education professionals focused on improving the quality, global standards, and impact of doctoral education, was held in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

During the ceremony organized within the scope of the summit, Selçuk University Institute of Health Sciences was awarded the ORPHEUS Label, which certifies compliance with international excellence standards.

At the ceremony hosted by the Basic Medical Science Centre of Semmelweis University, the quality label of Selçuk University was presented to Prof. Dr. Fatma Hümeyra Yerlikaya, Director of the Institute of Health Sciences, by ORPHEUS President Prof. Dr. John Creemers.

Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Yerlikaya highlighted Selçuk University’s vision of internationalization. She shared with the participants the meticulous and determined efforts carried out within the Institute during the accreditation process, along with the strategic steps taken to enhance the quality of graduate education.
