Between December 15, 2025, and January 17, 2026, dam occupancy rates in Konya and its surrounding areas showed varying trends. While some dams experienced limited increases, declines were observed in others. The occupancy rate of Altınapa Dam was measured at 6 percent, rising to 8 percent as of January 17, 2026. A similar situation was observed at Bozkır Dam, where the occupancy rate increased from 3 percent in December to 4 percent in January. In contrast, Bağbaşı Dam experienced a decrease. The occupancy rate, which was 14 percent on December 15, dropped to 11 percent on January 17. The rate of Afşar Dam remained unchanged at 39 percent on both dates.
