Konya Supports Young Musicians with Hackathon

The Music Hackathon, organized by Konya Metropolitan Municipality’s Youth Culture Card, is preparing to meet young musicians for the fourth time this year.

The event, the first of its kind in Türkiye and attracting great interest every year, will once again be held at the Konya Metropolitan Municipality Atmosfer Bosna Youth Center.

The participating music groups will create entirely original lyrics and compositions based on the theme announced at the start of the program. The teams will enter a continuous 42-hour production process, staying within the hackathon venue without interruption in accordance with the format.

The works prepared by the participants will be presented before the jury at 1:00 p.m. on the same day after the program concludes. Following the presentations, the jury will announce the groups that achieve top rankings.

The resulting works will compete in the categories of Best Lyrics, Best Music, Best Group Performance, and the Jury’s Special Award. Winners in these categories will be presented with their prizes.
