Konya’s Muhammet Sait Oğuz Brings Home Two Balkan Medals

Muhammet Sait Oğuz, an athlete from the Karatay Municipality Sports Club Table Tennis Team, achieved notable success at the U11-U13 Balkan Table Tennis Championship held in Bulgaria. With his achievements in the tournament, the Karatay athlete represented his country in the best possible way, making Karatay and Konya proud.

At the championship held in Albena, Bulgaria, from May 27 to 31, athletes from across the region competed for podium finishes. Representing Türkiye in the U13 category, Muhammet Sait Oğuz achieved significant success, winning a silver medal in the Team event and a bronze medal in the Boys’ Doubles event.

Muhammet Sait Oğuz attracted attention with his strong performance at the international tournament hosted by Bulgaria. His results reflected the rewards of his dedication, hard work, and perseverance, while also adding another achievement to the growing list of successes earned by athletes developed through Karatay Belediyespor’s youth program and representing Türkiye on the international stage.
