As every year, Konya hosted both local and international guests during the Seb-i Arus events. The activities, which were quite intense, saw a surge of visitors at the symbolic Selcuklu landmarks, including the Konya Tropical Butterfly Garden, Aya Elenia, Time Museum, and Sille Museum.
After the Mevlana Museum, the highest interest was directed towards the Selcuklu's iconic tourism destinations.
The Konya Tropical Butterfly Garden, the second most visited location after the Mevlana Museum, welcomed 24,391 visitors between December 7 and 17, who witnessed the miracle of nature.
Sille, with its thousands of years of civilization history, remained one of the most popular destinations for visitors. The Sille Museum hosted 2,872 visitors, while the Aya Elenia Museum, the first Christian church in history built from scratch in Anatolia, was visited by 2,030 people. The Time Museum saw 1,279 visitors.
Selcuklu Mayor Ahmet Pekyatırmacı stated: "As every year, we experienced the blessings of Seb-i Arus in our city this year as well. During this special period, when the invitation of Hz. Mevlana that transcends centuries was answered and his universal messages reached the whole world, we strived to host our guests in the best possible way."
