No Need to Travel to Japan for Sakura Season; It Has Begun in Konya

With the blooming of sakura trees, which symbolize the arrival of spring and renewal in Japanese culture, Konya is hosting a visual feast dominated by shades of pink and white.


The Japanese Park, Ladikli Ahmet Hüdai Park, and Sakura Park, all brought to the city by Konya Metropolitan Municipality, have begun welcoming visitors with a colorful atmosphere as the sakura trees come into bloom.


Residents visiting the parks to see the sakura trees said they were deeply impressed by the scenery, noting that the parks adorned with sakuras offer peaceful places to take a break from the rush of daily life.


Visitors also thanked Konya Metropolitan Municipality for bringing these natural beauties, which touch the human spirit, to the city.
