Rising Interest in Konya's Water Lily Garden

Interest in boat tours organized for the water lilies that attract visitors with their beauty in Beyşehir Lake in Konya has increased.

Water lilies, which start blooming in the spring, reach maturity by mid-July. They open up with the sun and close by hiding underwater during the hottest hours of the day.

The interest in the area spreading among the reeds along the shores of Ciftlik Neighborhood, which the local people refer to as the "water lily garden," continues to grow every year.

Fishermen and tour boats organizing trips to the area are striving to meet the demands of nature enthusiasts and photography enthusiasts.
