In 2024, Selcuk University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Animal Hospital provided healthcare services to 20,000 sick and injured animals.


Selcuk University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Animal Hospital, with its modern equipment and expert team, provides 24/7 service. The hospital offers a wide range of services across 11,000 square meters, including an emergency clinic, preliminary examination rooms, imaging units, operating theaters, laboratory, pharmacy, and vaccination unit.


At the hospital, diagnoses and treatments are provided for farm animals such as calves, cows, sheep, and goats, as well as cats, dogs, exotic animals, and caged animals.


The animal hospital, with its specialized team of faculty members and veterinarians, provides a wide range of essential services including various surgical procedures, diagnostics, treatments, and preventive care. The hospital offers services in internal medicine, reproduction and artificial insemination, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, and emergency care. Additionally, it features units for post-surgery patient care, including resuscitation, hospitalization, quarantine, and isolation.


Associate Professor Dr. Fatma Satılmış, the Deputy Chief Physician of Selcuk University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Animal Hospital, stated that there has been an increase in the number of patients since 2013. She emphasized that thanks to the hospital's modern equipment and expert team, they have achieved a high success rate in treatments.
