New Social Facility Opens at Konya’s Akyokuş

Palye Cafe, completed by Konya Metropolitan Municipality as part of the redevelopment of the Akyokuş viewpoint, has begun welcoming visitors.

Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay said Akyokuş is one of Konya’s most popular viewpoints and noted that the municipality carried out a comprehensive redevelopment project to make the area more functional and attractive.

Featuring modern amenities and a seating capacity of 350, Palye Cafe is set to bring new energy to the city’s social life. Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of food and beverages throughout the day. In addition to its indoor spaces, the facility also offers outdoor areas where guests can bring their own camping chairs, settle in, and take in panoramic views of the city.

As part of the redevelopment of the Akyokuş viewpoint, pedestrian walkways and interactive water features have also been created around the facility, allowing visitors to move comfortably throughout the area. The improvements enable guests to enjoy leisurely walks, admire the panoramic scenery, and spend time surrounded by nature.
