GastroFest Begins in Konya

Konya is set to welcome food enthusiasts at Kalehan Ecdat Garden from September 4 to 7, 2025. Under the theme "In My City, Food is a Civilization," Konya GastroFest aims to showcase the city’s rich culinary heritage to both local and international visitors.

During the festival, attendees can watch cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs, join workshops, and participate in various talks on gastronomy. The events will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

One of the festival’s highlights is the cooking competitions. Participants can present their own recipes to the jury across multiple categories. Applications for the competitions are open until 5:00 PM on September 2, 2025.

Konya GastroFest combines the city’s cultural and historical atmosphere with an immersive culinary experience. Visitors will have the chance to taste traditional local dishes while discovering modern culinary trends.
