Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chickpeas
  • 600 gr carp
  • 5 tablespoons of butter (melted)
  • Half a dessertspoon of black pepper
  • Half a dessertspoon of red pepper
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 dessertspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice


Recipe

Wet the chickpeas in advance, and cook in a pressure pot. Cut the fish into large pieces. Chop the onions in half rings. Fry the onion with oil until it gets pink. Add the fish and fry. Put black pepper, red pepper, boiled chickpeas, water and salt and cook. Add the lemon juice.
